Return & Refund Policy

At Maxx Drains, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and straightforward return process. Please review the policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 90 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
• An approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return the Item  
Once your RMA is approved, you will receive return instructions. Items must be shipped to:

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Refund Process

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued only after returned items are received and approved.

Please note:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee of 25% is charged for all non-defective returns.
• Restocking fees do not apply to items returned due to defects or shipping errors.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped, Maxx Drains will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• All pipe sales (final sale)  
• Fabricated or custom-made items  
• PVC and CPVC duct products  
• Special-order items  
• Clearance or discontinued products  

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us promptly upon delivery by contacting our customer service team. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and will cover return shipping costs for confirmed issues.

International Orders

Maxx Drains currently ships within the United States only. All international sales, if applicable, are final and non-refundable.

Promotions & Pricing Adjustments

• Refunds for items purchased during promotions are based on the original purchase price
• Returns may not be used to obtain retroactive discounts or promotional pricing.

Important Notes

• An approved RMA is required for all returns.
• Used, installed, or altered items are not eligible for return.
• Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be refused
