Maxx Drains Return Policy

At Maxx Drains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple return process. Please read through our return and refund policy below to understand how returns are handled.

 

How to Return an Item:

We accept returns for most items within 90 days of the purchase date. If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@maxx-drains.com or call us at 803-329-6299 to request a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA). The RMA is required for all returns. We will guide you through the return process and help you with any questions.

  2. Return the Item: After receiving your RMA, you can send the product back to us at:

  3. Condition of Return: Items must be returned in unused, original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories. Returns for items that have been used or are damaged may not be accepted.

 

Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s), minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied for returns that are not due to a defect or shipping error. This fee helps cover our administrative and processing costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped. If your product is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded, including:

  • All pipe sales (final sale)

  • All fabricated items (custom-made fittings)

  • All duct products (PVC and CPVC duct parts)

  • Custom or special order items

  • Clearance items (final sale or discontinued products)

Please carefully check the product details before making a purchase, as these items cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product is damaged during shipping or you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@maxx-drains.com or 803-329-6299. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

 

International Orders:

We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final. If you have any questions regarding international orders, please reach out to our customer service team prior to placing your order.

 

Promotions and Price Changes:

If your item was purchased using a promotional offer, returns will be based on the original purchase price (excluding shipping or restocking fees). We do not allow customers to return an item to take advantage of a promotion or discount.

 

Important Notes:

  • You must have an RMA number before returning any item.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • We cannot accept returns on used or opened items, except in the case of defects or errors.
