In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, MAXX DRAINS, LLC will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly submitted to our designated Copyright Agent.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification;

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which MAXX DRAINS, LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification or that person’s agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward a copy to the original complaining party and may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, MAXX DRAINS, LLC may disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
