Maxx Drains Shipping Policy

At Maxx Drains, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Below you will find important details about our shipping process, shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and special considerations to help you plan your purchase.

 

Order Processing Time:

  • Most orders ship the same day they are placed, but in general, you can expect your order to ship within 1–2 business days. Some exceptions may apply, such as backordered items or stock delays, and we will notify you promptly if there is a delay with your order.

  • Orders placed with expedited shipping methods (e.g., UPS 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air) after 1 PM EST will ship the following business day.

  • Our shipping facilities are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, so orders placed during these times will ship on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

We offer several shipping methods based on your needs:

  • UPS Ground:
    Our most affordable option. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. (Note: Days the package ships, as well as Saturdays and Sundays, are not counted in transit time.)

  • UPS 3 Day Select:
    Delivery within 3 business days from the shipping date. Available in the contiguous 48 states only.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air:
    Delivery within 2 business days. Available in all 50 U.S. states. Please note that deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

  • UPS Next Day Air:
    Next business day delivery, by 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, or end of day, depending on the destination. Available in all 50 U.S. states. Some deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time.

 

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email in your inbox.

 

Holiday and Weekend Shipping:

  • Our shipping facilities are closed on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed during these times will ship on the next business day.

  • Please note that we do not offer same-day shipping for orders placed after 1 PM EST.

 

Special Considerations:

  • Freight Shipping: Larger items may need to be shipped via truck/freight line due to size restrictions. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and provide details on the shipping method.

  • Saturday Delivery: If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us at sales@maxx-drains.com to arrange this service. Additional charges may apply.

 

Damaged Items:

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we ask that you inspect your package for damage at the time of delivery. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately at sales@maxx-drains.com or call 803-329-6299, and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: Maxx Drains is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, but we are committed to resolving any issues.

International Shipping:

Currently, Maxx Drains only ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • If you are eligible for free shipping, this will be clearly stated at checkout. For all other shipping methods, shipping charges are calculated and displayed before you complete your order.
