Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Expedited shipping orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
Processing times may be extended due to backorders, inventory availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Freight & Special Shipping
Some oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping. If freight shipping applies, we will contact you with additional details before shipment.
Saturday delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Shipping Damage & Responsibility
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If damage is visible, contact us immediately.
While MAXX DRAINS, LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays or damages, we will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving issues.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
