Maxx Drains Shipping Policy

At Maxx Drains, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Below you will find important information about our shipping process, timelines, and methods to help you plan your purchase accordingly.

Order Processing Time

  • Many orders ship the same day they are placed! On average, you can expect your order to ship out within 1-2 business days. Please note that some exceptions may apply, such as items being scarce or stock shipments being delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Orders placed with expedited shipping methods (UPS Three Day Select, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air) after 1 PM EST will ship the following business day. Our shipping facilities are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) associated with your order. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see this email in your inbox, as it may be miscategorized by some email platforms.

Shipping Timeframes

  • UPS Ground: This is our most cost-effective shipping option. Depending on your location within the United States, you can expect a 1-5 day transit time on average. (The day the package ships, along with Saturday and Sunday, are not included in the transit time.)
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day from the pickup date. Available only in the contiguous 48 states.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day from the pickup date. Available in all 50 US states. Some Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional transit time.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Available in all 50 US states. Some Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional transit time.

Please note that when determining your shipping timeline, the day the order ships is NOT included in transit time, and Saturday and Sunday are NOT included in transit time.

Holiday and Weekend Shipping

  • Our shipping facilities are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Orders placed during these times will ship on the next business day. While our offices may be closed, you can still shop online 24/7.

Special Considerations

  • Larger orders may need to be shipped via truck/freight line due to size restrictions. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.
  • If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us to arrange this service. Additional charges may apply.

Damages

  • While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we ask that you inspect your package(s) for damage at the time of delivery. Maxx Drains is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, but we will work with UPS to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
