Installation Instructions:
- Choose Location: Select a spot at least 10 feet away from building foundations and 3 feet above the water table.
- Excavate: Dig a hole approximately 36" wide and 36" deep. Add 6" of gravel to the bottom.
- Prepare Dry Well: Assemble the dry well according to the manufacturer's instructions. Install the fabric sock around the unit.
- Position Dry Well: Place the assembled dry well into the excavated hole on top of the gravel bed.
- Connect Inlet Pipe: Attach the inlet pipe from your drainage source to the dry well's inlet port.
- Backfill: Fill around the dry well with gravel, leaving the top 6" for soil.
- Final Steps: Cover with soil and landscape as desired. Ensure the lid is accessible for maintenance.
Maintenance: Inspect and clean the debris filter regularly. Check the system's performance after heavy rainfalls and clean out accumulated sediment as needed.
