Installation Instructions:

1. Excavation:
   • Dig a trench 6 inches wider than the channel on each side and 4 inches deeper than the finished height.
   • Ensure proper slope for water flow towards the outlet.
2. Base Preparation:
   • Pour 4 inches of concrete base and level it.
   • Allow concrete to set before proceeding.
3. Channel Placement:
   • Start at the outlet and work upslope.
   • Connect channel sections using tongue and groove joints.
   • Ensure channels are level and aligned.
4. Concrete Backfill:
   • Pour concrete around the sides of the channel, leaving 1/8 inch below the top edge for final surface finishing.
   • Use rebar to reinforce concrete if necessary.
5. Grate Installation:
   • Once concrete has cured, snap in the chosen grate.
6. Final Surface:
   • Complete the surrounding surface (asphalt, concrete, or pavers) flush with the top of the grate.
