Installation Instructions:
- Clean both the adapter and the pipes to be connected, ensuring they are free from dirt and debris.
- Apply PVC primer to the inside of the 2-inch hub end and the outside of the 2-inch pipe.
- Apply PVC cement to the same areas immediately after the primer.
- Insert the 2-inch pipe into the hub end of the adapter, twisting slightly for even distribution of cement.
- Hold in place for 30 seconds to allow initial bonding.
- For the 4-inch spigot end, apply primer and cement to the inside of the receiving 4-inch pipe or fitting.
- Insert the adapter's spigot end into the 4-inch pipe or fitting, twisting slightly.
- Hold in place for 30 seconds.
- Allow the connections to cure according to the cement manufacturer's instructions before testing or use.
