Installation Instructions:
- Plan the drain layout and mark the area for excavation.
- Excavate a trench approximately 8 inches wide and 6 inches deep. Ensure a slight slope towards the desired drainage point.
- Pour a 2-inch concrete base in the trench and allow it to set.
- Place the channel sections on the concrete base, starting from the drainage point. Ensure proper alignment and slope.
- Connect the channels using the interlocking system. Install end caps and the bottom outlet as needed.
- Pour concrete around the sides of the channel, leaving the top 1/8 inch below the desired finished grade.
- Once the concrete has cured, snap the grates into place.
- Finish the surrounding surface to match the top of the grate.
